Lakewood OMB Decision
The OMB has not upheld the appeal to the Lakewood development.  The OMB board has decided that the Fowler toads are going to be ok, the flooding of the Casey Drain has been satisfactorily addressed and that they have to rely on professionals and their opinions rather than taking into real consideration the concerns of the residents that can delay a board decision for the flaws we point out to be corrected.
All in all we gave it our best shot, all with little professional help which costs the earth to pay for.  The small amount of professional planning help that we got was much appreciated but way too little and way too late in the game.
Please come out and join us at our community meeting on April 24th at the Brethren In Christ Church on Hwy #3 between Rathfon and Quarry road, 10 am to noon.

Our organization is made up of full time and seasonal residents from Wainfleet Ontario.

As communicating isn't always easy, we'll try to include photos and images that convey our message ( a well-chosen picture is a great way to get a point across). We'll also include specific information about our organization and its members, so no one forgets the people behind the pictures.

Please get in touch to offer comments and join our mailing list.
